She left a long, rambling message on my phone about how she's a responsible vet tech who would never hurt a dog and therefore was very upset that I didn't plan to pay her, a presumption based on the fact that I didn't include a check in the note I sent her. She managed to miss the part of the note where I explained that I would have a friend do the key/check exchange because I didn't want to have further contact with her. You know, she still doesn’t get it.
