Pet Adoption Videos that Don’t Make Me Want to Kill Myself 11/6

The latest two entries in this series are simple, short, and upbeat. Warning: They are followed by a picture with profane language, one that encapsulates why I started this series in the first place.

From the Kentucky Humane Society:

As promised.

This came to my attention on Facebook via Nancy Friedman-Smith (of Good Dogz Training) and is attributed to Rachel Flehinger. Thanks Nancy, thanks Rachel!

Thanks for sharing these! I confess, I tend not to look at adoption videos and simliar things, because they make me want to cut my wrists. I thought I was the only one and hid this shame.

No! You’re not alone, Jen. People have been responding very positively to this series of videos, and they have been proven more effective than the ones that make you want to slit your wrists.

Thank you all for your encouragement! I promise to keep ’em coming. It’s a lot of fun looking for them and I’ve learned how to eliminate the depressing ones at the first strains of sad music!
