It’s nice when Easter and Passover fall out at the same time of year. It reminds people that the Last Supper was a seder. And I can be irreverent about two major religions in one fell swoop.
In case you’re wondering why Frankie is paying homage to a holiday I don’t observe: This is a still from my book trailer (see “Watch the Official Book Trailer” on the right side), the section where Frankie is visiting Easter Island.
The dog dressed for the other holiday I don’t observe — but feel more guilty about ignoring —ย is not Frankie, though it could be.
LOL! How funny that it would be Frankie on the Bunny ears. Nice that you are paying homage to both Edie. Hope the new book work is going well. ๐
Thanks, Mel. I’m not sure how the book is going to come together yet but I’m having fun!
Yep, always leave an empty chair for Elijah :). Have a great weekend, Edie!
Thanks, Roberta — same to you!
Hi Y’all,
Just hopped by to catch up on your happenings and say hello! Have a great week and a happy holiday to you!
Y’all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog
Thanks — nice to see you. Happy holidays to you, too!
Happy holidays! whatevvver!
I think that Frankie makes a fine nondenominationa bunny ๐ Happy rebirth/spring festival! I’m just happy that the weather is warmer, isn’t that something to celebrate in itself?
Thanks, Karen! Same to you. Here in the desert, warm weather is not a cause for celebration (except in winter) but we kind of live in backwards world ๐
Happy springtime holidays to you! Not being very religious myself, I always feel like a bit of a hypocrite when I wish people a good Easter/Passover. I barely know what either of those things mean. But I can appreciate a pair of bunny ears on an adorable dog as much as anyone! I hope you are enjoying the holiday, however you are spending it.
Thanks, Kristine. Same to you! I’m working, but at a more leisurely pace — pretty much a typical weekend.
