This video by photographer/videographer Robin Layton, which I discovered on the inimitable Life With Dogs site, doesn’t fit the standard mold of the PAVTDMMWTKM series; it wasn’t created for an animal welfare organization, for one thing. But it does celebrate rescue, as you’ll see at the end. And it’ll make you smile.
Who needs another reason to share it?

Yay, Edie! Your timing is perfect.
That was one beautifully shot and edited video.
I LOVED this video! I don’t care that it doesn’t fit the “traditional” PAVTDMMWTKM mold. It’s so cute and so beautifully shot too!
Just love this! Thanks for sharing it with us.
I like the showing of a rescue dog settled into his family life and enjoying his new life. LOVE this video and shared the link. Thank you! Adopters need to see the potential as well as the need.
You’re right! I smiled. And, I’m sharing 😉
Very well done video and I loved the message
My Human says that dog could have been her little Lola, a basenji that Papa got her before they were married…she was a rescue…
Y’all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog
This is a pretty cool video. The editing was done really well
One of my favorite dog videos of the year – thanks for helping it to find a larger audience – it is deserving! 🙂
HOW do they do that? Great video. The videographer was fantastic. That pup had a fun day and we got to share it!
I’m glad you all enjoyed the video — I loved how it made even mildly destructive doggy behavior part of that perfect day.
And thank you, Neil, for having so many wonderful things on Life With Dogs that people can find to share!
That video was ridiculously cute and adorable! *loved* puppy in her PJ’s!!!
I still can’t get enough of this video.
I know what you mean, Mel — I keep looking at it too!
That dog is a star! That’s just so awesome.
